Te acordarás que en los test de Silverstone, esos en los que pudo haber estado Facu Regalia, se probaron las nuevas cubiertas Pirelli, después de todo el revuelo que se levantó este año en relación a su rendimiento, las roturas y las pruebas ocultas de Mercedes…
Este compuesto a estrenar en Hungaroring llevan el color blanco para el medio y el amarillo para el blando; es la misma selección del año pasado. Eso sí, Pirelli en un comunicado oficial precisa que las cubiertas en cuestión, poseen «un mayor rendimiento esperado gracias a que los compuestos de esta temporada son más blandos”.
Para esta cita se ha implementado la construcción del nuevo caucho en una mezcla entre la estructura de 2012 emparejada con compuestos de 2013. Hay que tener en cuenta que en Hungría las condiciones son cálidas y soleadas. Eso puede provocar que haya un trabajo mayor del caucho.
Eso sí, velocidad es baja y eso afecta al patrón habitual de desgaste y degradación, según indican los especialistas de Pirelli. ¿Seguirá el problema de las gomas, o con las pruebas y esta nueva configuración se han de solucionar?
