NORBERTO FONTANA ganó el 2º Master de Pilotos corrido en karting en el circuito del Parque Industrial de Almirante Brown.
Emiliano Spataro lo siguió (foto) y Leonel Pernía, tercero (ofuscado el hombre no subió al podio), cuarto Josito Di Palma y quinto Gastón Mazzacane. La sumatoria de puntos de los dos Master (Obelisco y Alte. Brown), hizo que el arrecifeño se llevara el muy apetecible premio, un Toyota Corolla cero caeme.
Según los organizadores, hubo cerca de 40.000 personas (la entrada fue libre y gratuita) y participaron 16 de los mejores pilotos del automovilismo argentino, además de Fontana, Spataro, Josito, Mazzacane y Pernía, corrieron el Pato Silva, Esteban Guerrieri, Matías Rossi (ganador en el Obelisco), Cochito López, Mauro Giallombardo, Leonel Sotro, entre otros.
Sí, también hubo un Carrera de las Estrellas (foto), con algunas curvilíneas presencias; ganó Adrián Navarro escoltado por Zaira Nara y Geraldine Neumann.

I’m a writer but also an eoditr. I agree with the eoditrs quoted about reading submission guidelines. Our press (July Literary Press) is not a journal, but we have the same problems. My most-hated submission is the essay or short story that is single-spaced when we have specifically stated that such submissions should be double-spaced. Single-spaced prose ends up on the floor in my office, but my co-editor is kinder. Unfortunately. I have yet to see a submission that truly heeded the guidelines.As to spell-checking submissions and cover letters: not good enough. As the late James Kilpatrick used to say: READ YOUR COPY!If you typed mist instead of must, spell-check won’t know the difference.Having said all that, I must admit that I once submitted a poem in which the word mantel was spelled mantle. The eoditr who accepted the poem (despite the error) kindly asked if I had intended to spell it right. Nobody’s perfect.
