HACER DEBUTAR a un modelo con un triunfo es el sueño de todo piloto.

Claudio Menzi lo cumplió en en Rally de las Sierras Chicas, carrera que por caminos cordobeses cercanos a Unquillo inauguró la temporada 2012 del Rally Nacional. Su Fiat Palio Maxi Rally  anduvo impecable y el piloto cordobés. navegado por Diego Cagnotti (foto), no falló durante las dos exigentes  etapas.

Así  Menzi se anotó su noveno triunfo en el rally en su carrera número 101 en la categoría. Se la dedicó a su equipo y especialmente  al director Juan Solís en el día de su cumpleaños.

«No me imaginaba ganar, pero todo salió redondito» contó Menzi, que relegó por 55s 7/10 al paraguayo, Diego Dominguez, y se perfila asi  como uno de los candidatos para cortar la seguidilla de tíulos consecutivos de Federico Villagra, que arrancó el año con mal paso al abandonar.
