All this confirms is Fords cnetimmmot to at all costs not allow any of it’s models to be cross shopped with the F150. It’s taken them 10yrs longer than it should have to kill this iteration of the US Ranger.Thankfully, the arguments for the US Rangers continuing neglect given by Doug Scott don’t stand a chance of being accepted anywhere else in the world. The global Ranger is a fantastic offering without any of the Built Ford Tough misdirection bs. Even F150 loving Latin America get its own Ranger……For all of Fords applauded right decisions over the last decade (to keep it from the financial troubles the other big 2 have encountered), this shows it’s still capable of making wrong ones. The USDM will continue to miss out on a good product. Still at least the global Colorado has finally made it to US shores…..
